Our partner is a reputable player in the cleaning services sector dedicated to delivering top-tier services to enable businesses to focus on and excel in their core revenue-generating functions. They offer services such as facilities management, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as retail services. They are looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Lead, who will lead and inspire the sales growth of the company through his team.

Job Description

Ensure steady sales growth for the company brand and competitiveness.
Ensure continuous sales growth by building a high-performing team strong in client acquisition and increasing revenues from already existing accounts.
Develop action plans to penetrate new markets.
Managing the external tender process and statutory compliance and reporting on all obligations relating to tenders and bids.
Accurately prepare and renew contract documents.
Drive the sales team to ensure clients make pending payments on time to ensure a smooth flow of projects.
Oversee all marketing functions to ensure consistent communication to all stakeholders.
Responsible for senior-level decision-making and both day-to-day management and strategic direction of the sales growth of the organization.
Using technology to organize automate and enable continuous proactive client engagement.
Participate in the business planning and budgeting process.

Requirements

A minimum of eight (8 years) experience of which 4 (four) should be in a management position in mainstream Sales.
Proven experience enabling continuous high performance from a diverse sales Team.
A proven track record of developing and submitting quality tender documents on time.
Demonstrated proficiency in sales administration coupled with superior supervisory skills.
Experience in both strategic and execution levels of Sales.
Knowledge of or experience in the service industry and similar operating environments is an added advantage
