Position Overview:

Our Client, in microfinance Lending, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Collections Servicing Associate to join our Operations team in Mombasa . In this role, you will play an essential role in managing timely payments, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting financial inclusion by assisting clients with their financial needs. This position requires close collaboration with commercial and operations leads to provide insights for improving processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus).
• Experience:
• Proven experience in loan servicing, collections, and recovery, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Skills:
• Effective communication skills in both English and Swahili, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with financial products and services, with basic knowledge of banking, loans, and investment concepts.
• Proficient in using technology, including CRM software, communication tools, and online platforms.
