Job Description

1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition

  • Identify and attract top talent using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

2. Recruitment Process Management

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

3. Candidate Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates to develop a robust talent pipeline.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
