Position Scope

Job Title: Head of Data Center Services – Enterprise IT Systems & Cloud Platforms

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Expertise with a strong System Integration (SI) background and over 10 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing large-scale enterprise data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have successfully led end-to-end greenfield and brownfield data center implementation projects, integrating compute, storage, networking, virtualization, HCI, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms for enterprise and hyperscale customers.

 

The candidate should possess strong project management, technical leadership, customer engagement, and vendor coordination skills while ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Job Description

·       Lead large-scale data center deployment and infrastructure transformation projects from design through implementation and handover.

·       Manage end-to-end System Integration (SI) projects involving compute, storage, networking, virtualization, security, backup, and cloud infrastructure.

·       Design and deploy enterprise server, storage, Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), and virtualization platforms.

·       Lead Kubernetes and container platform implementation for modern application workloads.

·       Coordinate with OEMs, customers, consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex infrastructure solutions.

·       Oversee data center migration, consolidation, refresh, and modernization initiatives with minimal business disruption.

·       Manage rack integration, server installation, storage provisioning, network integration, and infrastructure commissioning.

·       Ensure infrastructure complies with enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards.

·       Develop High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity (BCP) solutions.

·       Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management of infrastructure.

·       Lead customer workshops, technical solution reviews, acceptance testing, and project sign-off.

·       Manage infrastructure operations, incident management, problem management, and SLA adherence.

·       Prepare project plans, implementation schedules, risk assessments, and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and System Integration projects.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale data center deployment projects for enterprise or hyperscale environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with server, storage, networking, virtualization, and HCI technologies.
  • Experience implementing Kubernetes and container platforms in production.
  • Strong understanding of cloud integration and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Experience managing OEMs, subcontractors, and multiple technology partners.
  • Ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions and infrastructure solution delivery.
