Job Overview
Are you passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving business growth? We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of a leading professional services firm offering audit, tax, accounting, and advisory solutions.
1.Business Growth & Client Acquisition
· Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients across all sectors.
· Build and maintain strong pipelines of potential clients and manage the full business development cycle.
2. Client Relationship Management
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and cross-selling of services.
· Gather feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
· Act as the liaison between clients and service teams to ensure effective communication.
3. Market Research & Strategy
· Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new service opportunities.
· Recommend strategies for pricing, positioning, and service diversification.
· Prepare regular reports and forecasts on business development performance.
4. Branding & Marketing
· Work with the team to enhance the firm’s visibility through events, social media, digital marketing, and thought leadership.
· Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
· Develop and manage strategic partnerships with professional associations and business networks.
5. Proposal & Tender Management
· Identify and pursue tenders, proposals, and partnership opportunities.
· Coordinate preparation of Expression of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and bids.
· Ensure high-quality, compliant, and competitive submissions.
· Track and report tender performance and success rates.
· Collaborate with partners to develop customized proposals and presentations.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
· Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
· 5-7 years’ experience in business development or client relationship role (experience within professional services or consulting environment is an added advantage).
· Proven track record of meeting revenue and growth targets.
· Strong Understanding of Audit, Tax and advisory service lines and their value propositions.
· Strong communication, research & presentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
· Proactive, organized, and client-focused.
