Position Scope

Job Title: 3W Technician (Tuk-tuk)
Location: Nairobi
Salary: Gross Salary of KES 40,000.

Role Purpose
To diagnose, repair, and maintain tuk-tuks while ensuring optimal performance, minimal downtime, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Devise Preventative Measures to Avoid Machine/vehicle Downtime.
• Analyse machine test results and adjust to meet company specifications.
• Providing service and customer support during field visits or Service clinics.
• Monitoring the availability of workshop parts and replenishing supplies.
• Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
• Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
• Ensure safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment’s.
• Maintain a tidy work environment and adhering to company and industry regulations and policies.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the related field.
• Valid driving license should apply for Tuk-tuk.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
