Job Purpose:
The Sales Team Leader drives revenue growth by leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Sales Executives while managing their own portfolio of key accounts.
This position combines leadership, account management, and direct selling responsibilities, ensuring both team and individual targets are consistently achieved.

Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Diploma in Sales & Marketing or certification in software sales is an added advantage.
· 4–6 years of experience in software or IT solutions sales.
At least 2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or senior sales role.
· Proven track record in B2B sales — ideally with SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software products.
· Proficiency in using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
· Strong understanding of software solutions, product demos, and licensing models.
· Competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis for reporting.
