Key Responsibilities

  1. Distribution Management
    • Coordinate with Logistics: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to retailers and distributors.
    • Monitor Inventory Levels: Track stock levels in various distribution points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Route Optimization: Analyze delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Distributor Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure effective product placement and inventory management.
  2. Data Management and Analysis
    • Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data to provide insights on performance metrics, trends, and forecasts.
    • Statistical Analysis: Use statistical tools and software to interpret sales data and identify patterns that inform distribution strategies.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences, helping to guide product distribution decisions.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish and track KPIs related to sales performance, inventory turnover, and distribution efficiency.
  3. Collaboration with Sales Teams
    • Support Sales Reps: Provide administrative support to sales representatives by preparing sales materials and reports.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for launching new products or increasing sales of existing products.

  4. Documentation and Compliance

  5. Customer Service

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
    • Experience with ERP systems and proven experience in data analysis, sales reporting, route optimization, and managing distributor relationships.
    • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance related to product distribution and sales.
  • Skills:
    • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions for sales and distribution strategies.
