Position Scope

Position:Sales Administrator

Location: Nairobi
Reports To: General Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Administrator purpose is to provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the marketers to achieve their onboarding and revenue targets.

 

Job Description

  •           Attend to all walk-in customers, visitors and/or service providers.

 

·         Avail digital content to the marketers from the digital marketing designs done

 

·         Ensure the marketers met the sales and onboarding targets and report any deviations.

 

·         Assist in resolving customer service issues or complaints.

 

·         Informing the customers of their delivery information when couriers are used.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales administration or a related role.

  • Experience in the publishing, printing, or education sector will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office . Strong written and verbal communication skills.
