Position Scope

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and passionate Senior Teacher – Kindergarten to lead our Early Childhood Department. The ideal candidate will provide academic leadership, ensure high-quality instruction, and foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners

Job Description

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in line with the curriculum.

  • Lead the kindergarten class and supervise other teaching staff in the department.

  • Incorporate educational technology and digital learning tools into daily teaching practices.

  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all children.

  • Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.

  • Mentor and guide junior teachers, promoting professional development and teamwork.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s development.

 

  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE).

  • Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).

  • At least 3 years of experience in kindergarten teaching.
  • Proven experience in kindergarten teaching, with demonstrable leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.

  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities.

 

  • Passionate about early childhood development and lifelong learning.
