We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and passionate Senior Teacher – Kindergarten to lead our Early Childhood Department. The ideal candidate will provide academic leadership, ensure high-quality instruction, and foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners
Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in line with the curriculum.
Lead the kindergarten class and supervise other teaching staff in the department.
Incorporate educational technology and digital learning tools into daily teaching practices.
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Mentor and guide junior teachers, promoting professional development and teamwork.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s development.
Contribute to school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities.
Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE).
Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
Proven experience in kindergarten teaching, with demonstrable leadership skills.
Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities.
Passionate about early childhood development and lifelong learning.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Creativity in lesson planning and teaching methodologies. Proficiency in using educational software and digital learning platforms.
