Our client is looking for a self-driven and committed digital marketing personnel to join their growing sales and marketing department in promoting their products and services over their social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and run marketing campaigns and manage all social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat).
Ø Promote products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy.
Ø Oversee company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies.
Ø Create content, including text posts, video and images for use on the company’s social media platforms.
Ø Create engaging and visually appealing content in-store, including images and videos to showcase our products, including text posts, video and images for use on the company’s social media platforms.
Ø Optimize content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
Ø Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
Ø Collaborate with colleagues across marketing departments to ensure consistent branding.
Ø Interact with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries.
Ø Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts.
Ø Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies.
Ø Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
Ø Optimize content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
Ø Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
Ø Collaborate with colleagues across marketing department to ensure consistent branding.
Ø Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). The meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.
A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients Great negotiation skills Confidence
