The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Program Manager and the entire team. This role manages office operations, coordinates logistics, handles documentation, and ensures smooth day-to-day administrative functions for the 6-week program.
• Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Coordinate daily allowances preparation and distribution tracking
• Maintain program documentation and filing systems
• Assist with procurement of supplies and equipment
• Schedule meetings and maintain program calendar
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Manage visitor reception and stakeholder communication support
• Track staff attendance and leave records
• Coordinate with HR consultant on recruitment and onboarding logistics
• Provide general administrative support to leadership team
• Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in project-based work environments preferred
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
