The successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training and development programs to gain the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to eventually assume managerial role within the organization.
· Receiving training and performing duties in extension services, logistics, processing and maintenance of plant and machinery;
· Participating in grower education, extension services, grower registration, transfers, plant population census, leaf quality and effective management of established tea nurseries;
· Participating in communicating the company’s policies to stakeholders as and when required;
· Learning and participating in coordination of material collection and delivery to the factory;
· Receiving training in all aspects of the organization;
· Participating in ensuring sound maintenance of production equipment;
· Assisting in the implementation of production schedules in order to ensure set targets are realized on time;
· Participating in enforcing compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations;
· Participating in the generation, updating and maintenance of all stock control records;
· Performing any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
· Holds a degree from a reputable University with specialization in any of the following fields; Food Science & Technology, Engineering, Production, Agriculture or business related field.
· Computer literacy and familiarity with the standard office applications:
· Be aged not more than 33 years.
