Job Purpose
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, engaging with customers both physically and virtually, and ensuring revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to close deals while delivering excellent customer service.Our client is a leading provider of high-quality household items and antiques, committed to offering customers timeless products and exceptional service.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
Engage customers with in-depth product knowledge to drive sales conversions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and queries.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Team Leader.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to better position Urban Arts in the market.
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (an added advantage).
Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in retail, furniture, household goods, or related industries is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with sales targets and deliver results under minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Basic computer literacy
