Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner.
Provide in-depth product knowledge on Products.
Assist customers in selecting items that match their preferences, needs, and budget.
Maintain showroom appearance through regular dusting, arranging displays, and ensuring a visually appealing layout.
Track and replenish stock as needed and inform management of low inventory levels.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on new arrivals, artist backgrounds, product stories, and trends in antiques and décor.
Participate in sales promotions, product launches, and store events.
Assist with packing, delivery coordination, and after-sales follow-up.
