Job Title: Salesperson Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Salesperson to join our retail team. The ideal

candidate will have a keen eye for design and craftsmanship, strong interpersonal skills, and the

ability to educate and assist customers in selecting unique, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

 Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner.

 Provide in-depth product knowledge on Products.

 Assist customers in selecting items that match their preferences, needs, and budget.

 Maintain showroom appearance through regular dusting, arranging displays, and ensuring a visually appealing layout.

 Track and replenish stock as needed and inform management of low inventory levels.

 Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

 Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

 Stay updated on new arrivals, artist backgrounds, product stories, and trends in antiques and décor.

 Participate in sales promotions, product launches, and store events.

 Assist with packing, delivery coordination, and after-sales follow-up.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related course.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Customer-oriented with a strong attention to detail.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Basic knowledge of antique valuation or art history is an added advantage.

 Proficiency in using sales systems and basic computer applications.
 Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
