Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our digital marketing and content efforts. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in digital communications, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to manage and create content across platforms. This role is suited for someone with 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media, email, and website.
  • Develop and schedule content for digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Assist with content creation — including graphics, reels, basic video edits, blog posts, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor platform performance and support in preparing reports and analytics.
  • Update website and online marketplace content as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather content and support campaign execution.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, digital communications, or content-related role.
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proficient in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and basic CMS platforms.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, paid social, or analytics tools.
  • Experience working with agriculture, food, e-commerce, or tech-driven brands.

Skills
