Requirements
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, compliance solutions, background checks, or similar service industries.
- Experience working in a commission-based sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong corporate client relationships.
- An aggressive, self-driven sales approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, KYC, KYB, or screening processes is an added advantage.
Academic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in sales, digital marketing, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
This role is commission-based with a retainer, providing an opportunity to grow earnings based on performance.
