Position Scope

Job Title: Sales Executive – Cleaning & Pest Control

Reports to: Business Development Manager


Role Purpose:

To generate new business, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting and selling the company’s  services to target clients across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facilities management market.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close contracts in line with company pricing and profitability targets.

2.      Client Relationship Management

  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Act as the key point of contact for client queries during and after the sales process.

3.      Market Research

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback to inform service improvement and innovation.

4.      Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports outlining activities, pipeline status, and closed deals.
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect records in the CRM system.

 

  • Support marketing initiatives and attend industry events to represent the company.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in facilities management, cleaning, security, or service industry.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  •  Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous).

    Performance Indicators:
  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Growth in new business accounts.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Timely and accurate reporting.
