Position Title: Sales Interns
Location: Nairobi, Nakuru, Mombasa, Eldoret, Kisumu, Kisii, Voi, Malindi, Kitengela, Kitale, Thika, Bungoma
Experience Level: 0–6 months (Fresh Graduates)

Car and General Limited Company is  offering exciting opportunities for a recent graduates to join our Sales and Marketing Department as Sales Interns. This internship will provide hands-on experience and gain exposure in  sales and marketing field in a leading organization.

Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Forwarding hot deals to business sales team to real time basis for further closing.
  2. Taking feedback from the Business sales team on each lead and updating them on lead management tools/excel sheets for review.
  3. Doing follow up calls on regular basis to get feedback/outcome of the leads. Ensuring the customer satisfaction level through Tele calling process.
  4. Managing lead management tool/excel sheet reports on real time basis for achieving overall objectives.
  5. Daily interaction with internal stakeholders in an effective way and timely basis.
  6. Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.

 

Requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent Qualifications from Related Field

  • Customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile

  • Technical Skills or Automative
