Position Scope

Our client is looking for a qualified Export Sales Manager to join their sales team in a manufacturing(steel) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following and not limited to developing and executing export sales strategies, building client relationships and achieve revenue targets.

Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Drive export sales across Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC, and Ethiopia
    • Develop and execute export sales strategies
    • Build client relationships and achieve revenue targets
    • Ensure compliance with export documentation and international trade laws

Requirements

Key Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10 years' experience in export sales (steel industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of trade regulations and export procedures 
  • Must be currently based and working in Tanzania
  • Asian origin only – preferably Indian

Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus Willing to travel
