Position: Motor Vehicle Sales Executive

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Reports To: Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Motor Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales through effective customer engagement, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for automobiles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
    • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
    • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance to potential buyers.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including online inquiries and referrals.
    • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close sales effectively.
    • Prepare and process all necessary documentation for vehicle sales and deliveries
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Provide post-sale support, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid Kenyan driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
