As a Sales Agent, you will work closely with the company's leadership and sales team to support sales operations, convert leads, and provide exceptional service to clients throughout the property acquisition process. The ideal candidate is dependable, coachable, and enthusiastic about real estate.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and showcase available properties to potential clients through site visits, calls, WhatsApp, email, and presentations.

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Proactively identify and engage new leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.

  • Match clients to suitable properties based on their needs and preferences.

  • Coordinate and attend property viewings, open houses, and exhibitions.

  • Provide timely and actionable feedback to marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate client records, property details, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.

  • Research market trends and opportunities for listings, pricing, and competitor activity.

  • Handle both inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

  • Support the team in refining sales processes and contributing to ongoing business improvement.

  • Comfortable with email platforms (Gmail, Outlook)

  • Willingness to work weekends and attend field visits as needed
