Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Executive – HR Systems to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of cutting-edge HR software solutions to businesses. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their HR needs and provide them with tailored, high-quality software solutions that improve their HR processes.
CRM & Reporting: Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, sales activities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of generating leads, negotiating deals, and successfully closing sales in a competitive market. • Communication: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing customized solutions for clients. • CRM & Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage leads, sales, and client interactions effectively.
