Requirements
· Professional Qualifications/Membership to Professional Bodies

Skills: Expertise in strategic HRM, labor law compliance, and workforce analytics. Proficiency in HRIS tools and digital transformation. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Knowledge of global HR practices (e.g., expatriate management, cross-border compliance).
