Salary: KSh 25,000 Gross + Commissions

The ideal candidates will be results-oriented, with a strong background in Agri-sales and a drive for building meaningful business relationships.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with B2B clients in the agriculture industry.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present and promote the company’s digital marketplace solution to businesses, showcasing its value and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and ensure customer retention through regular follow-ups.

 

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Agri-sales (B2B).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
    • Good understanding of the agriculture industry and its market dynamics.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
